Encouraging Youth Engagement and Leadership Development

KWIC deeply values youth participation and leadership in all aspects of our organization.

From youth leadership on our committees and board to working with youth as partners to engage in peer mentorship, and serving youth in educational programming, we use a peer-mentorship approach, youth develop and lead skills-based workshops on a variety of topics through the Youth Facilitators Collective.

We also support youth through partnership programs:

The KWIC Global Youth Leadership Hub is an inclusive, creative hub connecting youth to a place of belonging and unique opportunities to explore solutions to  complex issues impacting our lives and future.
