2010 Registration Form      

Thank you for participating in the 7th annual Bowl the World fundraising bowlathon to support global education in Peterborough and surrounding area.

Date and Location: Sunday, October 31st 2010 @ 2-4 pm at the Lakeview Bowl, Market Plaza on George Street. This event is for all ages. Please arrive before 2pm to check-in and get your shoes! We will wrap-up by 4:00 pm.

How it works: Individual bowlers and “teams” of all ages are welcome to participate.  Teams are made up six bowlers.  Each team member or bowler solicits pledges and records them on the sponsor sheet. If you don’t have six team members, we can help to fill your team!

Suggested minimum pledge is $30/person; suggested $200.00 (6 players) per team.  Charitable tax receipts will be issued for pledges of $20 or more. Please ensure participants print clearly and include a postal code to be issued a receipt.

Prizes: Fabulous prizes will be awarded to the individual who raises the most fundraising dollar, the highest team score, best dressed team ~ and just for coming!

"  Prizes will be awarded for the ‘BEST’ Dressed Team ~ so ‘dress’ to bowl’ – but not too scary as this is a family-friendly event!

 Registration:  Your registration fee, bowling shoes and approximately 1.5 hours of bowling are included in the $30/person contribution. Turn in one registration form per team.  If you are bowling individually, or with a smaller group just turn in a form and you will be placed on a team.
